09-10 Nordic Practice Schedule

Conditioning practices begin on Thursday 12/3.

Generally, practices will be Mondays, Tuesdays, non-meet Thursdays and Fridays.  Once we have good snow conditions, a bus will take the team to Stark's Hill on Tuesdays and non-meet Thursdays and the late bus will pick them up there.

There is a large ski locker in the storage area of the gym, where members of the Nordic Ski Team will store their skis, poles and boots during the school day.  The room will be open from 7:30-8:00 and locked at 8:05.  Skiers will not need to store anything in the regular locker rooms, which will be used by home and visiting basketball teams.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED

More information about equipment will be provided at the first practice and the meet and greet.
If equipment cost may prevent participation, please contact the coach.  Equipment can be rented from an outside supplier, email coach Mike for more info.
